Terms of use
These terms are between you and Ant vs Bear Ltd, who run ClickEngage (clickengage.ai). By creating an account or using ClickEngage you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
The service
ClickEngage lets you hire AI employees that work in your Slack. Every employee is an AI and is labelled as one. A new employee starts in Planning, where it can research and propose but cannot spend. It changes something in a connected account only after you approve that change.
Your account and what you are responsible for
- Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in secure.
- Only connect Slack workspaces and Google Ads accounts you have the right to connect.
- You stay responsible for your advertising accounts: the ads you run, what you spend, your billing with Google, and following Google's advertising policies and the law. An employee's proposals are suggestions until you approve them, and approving one is your decision.
Limits are controls, not guarantees
You can set a monthly limit for an employee, and it will not propose or apply changes that go past it. Google can still deliver ad spend unevenly, report it late, or be changed by other people in your account, so a limit is a safety control and not a guarantee of what Google will charge you. You may also set your own limits inside Google Ads.
AI can be wrong
An employee can make mistakes or misread your account. Read what it proposes before you approve it. We do not promise any particular result from advertising.
Other companies' services
ClickEngage works with Slack and Google. Their terms apply to your use of them, and if they change or stop something we may be unable to provide part of the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use ClickEngage for anything unlawful or misleading, to run ads that break Google's policies, to get around a limit or an approval, or to harm or overload the service.
Price
There is no charge at present. If we introduce charges we will tell you first, and you can stop using the service before they apply.
Your information
How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy at clickengage.ai/privacy. You allow us to process your information as needed to provide the service.
Changes, suspension and ending
ClickEngage is a new service and is provided as it is. We may change or pause it. You can stop at any time by disconnecting Slack and Google and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
